ClinixNow currently facilitates booking of lab tests, health packages, and scans, including doorstep sample collection where available.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and booking information.
• Be available at the scheduled date, time, and location.
• Follow pre-test instructions shared during booking.
• Use the platform lawfully and avoid misuse.

3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Bookings are subject to slot and partner availability. Rescheduling and cancellations may be allowed based on service type, timing, and partner policies. Any applicable charges or refunds will follow the terms shown at the time of booking.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on the platform are generally inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made through approved payment modes available on ClinixNow.

5. Reports and Medical Disclaimer

Diagnostic reports are generated by partner labs and scan centers. Platform content and reports are for informational and diagnostic purposes and do not replace direct clinical consultation.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClinixNow acts as a service facilitator and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
